Company Introduction

Founded in 1992, Sanhao Rubber is specialized in making custom rubber and silicone products. We demonstrated the faith in the technology through the products, while pursuing excellent processing and providing rubber products with special functions. In the rubber manufacturing field, Sanhao Rubber boasts rich knowledge, experience, staff and equipment.

We define ourselves as the leader among the rubber product manufacturers, and our capabilities comprise: mold design, rubber forming, silica gel filling, PU spraying, extrusion splitting and cast molding. The quality standards are established for our rubber products according to ASTM, MIL or the customers’ specifications. Each production process is properly monitored at Sanhao Rubber.

Our production lines are divided into rubber forming and composite forming, both of which boast leading cadres with decades of forming expertise, who take charge of teaching professional knowledge and technology, maintain efficient production operation and strictly control raw materials. Sanhao Rubber can guarantee that our products conform to international standards and environmental protection laws.

Sanhao Rubber strictly selects qualified raw materials suppliers that obtain TAF certification, guarantees the source of raw materials and provides 500 kWh of electricity and 300 tons of mechanical equipment to assist clients to design the molds and quantize the products. At present, the number of available machines is 42; over half of these are newly imported equipment. In the future, we will continue to dedicate our efforts to promoting product performance, attaining the objectives of our clients and creating win-win situations.
